Happy Fall everyone! This year has been crazy, I hope all is well. With Thanksgiving approaching I thought why not share this vegan recipe one my friends showed me! Super easy to make!
Preheat oven at 350f
Bake for 10-12 min
Oatmeal Vegan Recipe
2 Super Ripe Bananas
1/3 Cup Nut Butter
1/2 Tsp Vanilla Extract
1 1/2 Cup Quick Oats
2 Tbsp White Vegan Chocolate (optional could be replaced with Cranberries)
2 Tbsp coconut flakes
Mash bananas, Add Nut butter & Vanilla stir then add the rest of the ingredients.
Divide into balls and put on tray with Baking paper.
